Our Process
A seamless journey from consultation to completion
Free Quote
Your journey begins with a complimentary quotation. We visit your property with a discerning eye, discussing the furniture and décor style that will best elevate your space. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a detailed proposal in your inbox, along with our expert recommendations.
Acceptance
Once you've approved the quotation and signed our terms and conditions, a formal tax invoice will be issued. We kindly request at least one week's notice to schedule your installation, though during peak seasons, lead times may extend.
Installation
On installation day, our team arrives with a curated collection of elegant furniture and homewares. Every piece is placed with precision, and each detail is thoughtfully refined to create the perfect presentation.
Collection
At the conclusion of the hire period, we return to carefully and respectfully remove all furnishings, leaving your property exactly as we found it — yet remembered for the beauty it showcased.
