Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the rental period?
Our minimum furniture hire period is six (6) weeks. The rental period can be extended, with seven (7) days notice if required. The minimum time period is industry standard and ensures adequate time for installation, photography and promotion and display purposes.
What is your lead time?
We require a minimum of seven (7) days notice to schedule the furniture installation for you. During peak periods, our lead time can be anywhere from 10-14 days.
Can I select furniture?
Unfortunately, we don't offer for our clients to select the furniture for their home. Remember, we are qualified stylists- we'll ensure your home is styled beautifully to meet the requirements of your target market.
What are your payment terms?
We require full payment, along with a signed copy of the rems and conditions set out in the form of a formal contract to secure an installation date. Please note, furniture will not be put on hold until all paperwork is returned and payment is received.
Payments can be made by direct debit, or credit card.
What if I run over the contract period?
Arrangements can be negotiated to meet your needs. We required a minimum 10 business days notice prior to make adequate arrangements for collection. Generally we would fall back to a minimum two week (14 day) periods, or greater depending on your needs.
